“The day I started training with Cher has truly changed my life forever. The girl on the left ate burgers and fries and drank whatever was put in front of her, whether it was sweet tea or margaritas with zero concern for the sugar. She had no idea what her body was capable of and how good it felt to live a different lifestyle. In 2013 I started eating clean and training with Cher 3-4 times a week. I cut out sugar and started drinking a lot of water. Surprise! I lost fat and gained muscle. I suddenly became full of motivation & energy. I was more productive at work and a better parent. It has been an amazing journey for me and I can honestly tell you that I would not have been able to make it through what I have gone through in the last 2.5 years with Fallon (daughter) without the knowledge she imparted on me or the place she had me at when my world fell apart. This month is my 3 year anniversary of training with Cher and I hope it continues to 33! #cherfitforlife.
Five months ago today, my life changed for the better. I was at an all time high weight and all time low self esteem. I wasn’t exercising much and eating very poorly. On a normal day, I would drink 6-8 diet cokes and finish each meal with Laffy Taffy or other candy. Then I crossed paths with the most inspiring and motivating person and personal trainer ever Cher Milovich. I began training with Cher and made some major lifestyle changes by giving up both sugar and my 30 year habit of Diet Cokes along with eating healthy. I lost 35 pounds, 19 cholesterol points, and 27 triglyceride points while gaining so much in self confidence, energy, and friendships. The journey has really been incredible and life changing!
